RUSH SOMETHING EXTRA
Rush is a two week process that includes concerts, auditions, callbacks, rush meals, and the highly anticipated "Tap Night." We know how stressful Rush can be, so we hope this page will help guide you through!
We recommend that you attend both Woolsey and Dwight Jams. Woolsey is just for you to get a glimpse of each a cappella group's style. Dwight is where audition signups occur. If you miss Dwight, you can still sign up for an audition by sending an email to somethingextrarush@gmail.com
Don't worry if you haven't sung before! We have group members who've taken voice lessons for years and others who only sang in the shower before joining. We welcome all experience levels.

You can definitely participate in a cappella and other extracurriculars! Something Extra members participate in the Yale Daily News, the Yale Glee Club, Greek life, the Yale Drama Coalition, WYBCx Yale Radio, club sports, and many more!
If you missed rush freshman year, don't fret! We love to hear sophomores audition, too!
